What we store in your browser
FincaHouse does not use advertising cookies. To work, it stores some data in your browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which the law treats like cookies. The full list is below.
Categories and consent
Necessary items are always on because without them you can't log in, book or save favorites. Preferences and Analytics are only turned on if you accept them, and rejecting them doesn't stop you from using the platform. Without your analytics permission we only count how many times each step happens per day, without knowing who.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you can accept, reject or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you withdraw it we delete that category's data from your browser. We keep a record of each choice (what you accepted, which version of this notice and when), without your IP.
Third-party services
The map uses OpenStreetMap, photos are served by Cloudinary, payments happen on Wompi and Google sign-in is handled by Google. Each one has its own cookie policy when you use it.
